What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
Very slow and poor service. I had an hour for my food. French Friy Manager Ryan. What a joke. Oh, good, we're busy, but we should be just a few minutes. I'm waiting for the fires. This was 830 on Thursday night when the order was placed. Not ready. Get it together. Fully useless person. If someone waits for this long time, they probably don't look for excuses. Had a very good meal. The garlic burger was actually fantastic. For the money... very inexpensuvr... it's a nice place to get a quick meal. Can't be the healthiest, but good. I'm fine with an occasional fast food food.
It was super food excellent service our server was seeing Katlin is the best
It's been a long time, but it's still delicious! The best and a great staff!
It took 15 mins for a server to get to us, she was also the cashier. I ordered the triple decker, she brought me 3 shooters. When we checked out, the reader would not take my gift card. I paid cash and left.
Iwas disappointed because they had taken the Philly ...my favorite. off the menu.other than that I ordered mushroom burger. which I loved.
