Very disappointing visit. Prices on line are 8.99 for a one topping pizza. Ordered 4 was charged $52.66. Asked for the web price and was told we are a franchise store and don't honor corporate pricing! 2 topping pizzas are on the sign board at 9.99. Toldcan't help you order is already placed! Asked the girls at the register to ask for help. After helping 4 other customers'Manager' finally agreed to $46.00. But still charged me $52.46. Won't be back. Ps Heard from corporate asking for more infovia an online survey. To no one's surprise the link doesn't work. Too bad this place has good pizza but make it difficult andexpensive to enjoy.
Ordered for delivery at 11:55pm for lunch at work. At 11:55pm said my order was delivered yet at 12:06 I still had no food. Called and was told he just left when I explained it says delivered she said would call back. When she called back I was told itwould be here in 15 minutes which now made it after 12:30 when my lunch was over. When I asked why it says delivered she said itcouldn't. Well then their tracker lied??? I had to cancel order and it left me no time to now drive for lunch . I understandit's estimated deliver time but over 30 min is excessive as people only have 30 min lunch
I?m very disappointed with the presentation of my pizza as well as the taste . The young lady at Marco?s intentionally burnt my pizza and thought it was funny. Very immature to take your job for granted and mistreat your customer . It?s a blessing to havea job and a small business with all that our ???? is going through. I work hard for my money and I have the right to ask youto wash your hands if your playing in your hair and coming from the back . I would do the same if I was preparing food. Goingforward I will no longer patronize this Marcos on 54 in Trinity.
