Ihop - Trinity

Only gave 2 stars because the day crew but honestly they need a real manger there at night for night crew, someone that cares how they’re presented and about customers satisfaction I get that being 24/7 there are late hours but don’t work those times if you can’t handle 2 tables and do your job with a smile. Customers catch on quick to sass and we also go out to enjoy a meal not regret the choice of restaurant due to staff.

If you're wanting breakfast at any time, where to go? All items are fresh, glad they carry impossible sausage patties. Grits available before 5 PM.

Walking in I asked for a table close to the window so that we could see my car because we had an animal in there and although the windows were cracked open for her we wanted to make sure that we could see that she was okay. We were told that it would be inconvenient for the server since she was the only server and she had a lot of tables. There were like 5 other tables so whatever. We sat where she put us. We ordered drinks and then shortly after ordered food. The food was okay. It came out all at once. But my fiancés meal he immediately spit out. The red onion on his burger was rotten and smelled disgusting. The server blew it off like and told him she didn’t smell anything different. A few minutes later he noticed there was a hair in his drink. We told her and she said “well I don’t see it but I believe you” after she didn’t even look in the glass. My fiancée also heard her make a joke about salmonella walking out of the back. We definitely won’t be back to this one. If any ihop at all.

I love this place thanks to Britnee Sierra! They make this place sparkle. The food was great but the service is what keeps us coming back! Thanks ladies!!

We shared the new Thin Mint pancakes combo and Strawberry Crepes both were delicious! Will definitely be back !
