When I asked if I could substitute a dri... read more We love Dairy Queen's burgers, but we had a disappointing experience. They were out of onion rings, which was a bummer. When I asked if I could substitute a drink for a Blizzard, the staff member said absolutely not. It's frustrating that businesses can't just make an effort to satisfy their customers. I'm really tired of companies prioritizing their policies over customer happiness. They need to take a step back and focus on getting it right for us. We won’t be returning for a while.
