I did think the fries were a bit small, and I was surprised that the combo didn't come with a drink. The downside was that I asked for well-done fries, but they weren't cooked that way, so I couldn't eat them.

The location was spotless, and the service was exceptional. Our food was served quickly, and the fries were clearly fresh. The burgers came with cold toppings. Overall, it was a great experience that we would definitely repeat if we had the chance.

When I asked if I could substitute a drink for a Blizzard, the staff member said absolutely not. It's frustrating that businesses can't just make an effort to satisfy their customers. I'm really tired of companies prioritizing their policies over customer happiness. They need to take a step back and focus on getting it right for us. We won’t be returning for a while.

The wait is usually not too bad. Order your food sit down and they bring it to you. The staff always seem nice. And the food is great. The establishment was renovated a few years ago and is very clean. This is the only DQ we will go to. We would pass the one in Huntsville to go to this one when we lived there.
