Chaotic service system of "order anything from the display counter plus coffee and we will call out your name when it's ready...." so you really don't know exactly when to be AT the counter where there is a chaotic throng to collect your food and drink.... hence arriving too late, it'll be cold, too early and you are waiting with the masses.That aside, great for family's with kids, there's a play corner with lots of toys, food was great quality although limited in choice I.e. Pre-prepared, and coffee was good quality.
