Although there were no vegan options on the regular menu, the restaurant offered a delicious Jamaican spiced lentil and vegetable curry on the specials menu. It seems like they consistently have vegan options available. The meal was fantastic and the service was excellent. It is worth mentioning that there are no other vegan dinner options in town, making this restaurant the top choice for vegans.

I stumbled upon this restaurant during a road trip, expecting to only have a bowl of chips for dinner. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a delicious vegan ratatouille special available. It appears that they make an effort to have at least one vegan/vegetarian meal option each night, so you may get lucky like I did. The staff informed me that they could also put together a vegan meal if the ratatouille didn't appeal to me, but I found it to be very tasty. It seems that they are willing to accommodate dietary preferences. Additionally, the staff behind the bar were very friendly.

I visited this traditional pub before the COVID-19 situation, so I am unsure if it is currently open. The food was delicious with generous portions. The staff was friendly and accommodating. On a chilly night, they had a cozy fire burning. Despite it being a busy evening, there was plenty of seating available in their separate dining area.

Great food. The scallops and veg are to die for and staff are super friendly. The publican and his son mate went above and beyond to get my bogged van out of a wet marsh. I love this place and love the country hospitality ! Service: 5 Location: 5
