One of my favourite restaurants. Staffs are very friendly and always bring a notebook with a pen for me my friends who’s also deaf. Perfectly accessible. Pho soups are delicious and affordable. If I could, I’d give 10 stars. View all feedback.
What Aileen Lu doesn't like about Vietnamese Pho:
The only thing that’s nice about this restaurant is the ambiance. The lady manager had a horrible attitude! She got upset with my friend and her employee for putting her pho into the wrong takeout box. First of all, it wasn’t the waitress’ fault. We should’ve asked for the right container. Not only was she disrespectful towards us, but towards her own employee.Anyways, the pho is mediocre and broth is not rich in fla... View all feedback.
I’ll share my experience because it was weird enough to write a review. When you enter, there’s a musty smell which is why we should have left but I thought it would look rude and sat . You get a file which holds the printed menu items. My husband and I decided to check the google reviews because there is quite a few options. The reviews weren’t too positive and as we experienced after, were definitely right about the portion of meat.I ordered the vermicelli flavour wise it was decent and I was hungry. Then I saw those shrimp with the poop was a turn off. I shared with the waitress and she’s reluctant to make the changes and was like “people have it like that, if people want it without , they have to request it”. My husband was like “people want it with shrimp poop?” She awkwardly laughed and was like I’ll get you new ones. She went across the room and loudly shared again pointing at me “I’ll get you new ones” with other diners around. The 2 stars for the food is to acknowledge getting 3 new shrimps ?The food was subpar, place felt unclean, and then that weird customer service on top.Save your money. This place is not worth it. Mind you, I love my street side food and can temper my expectations accordingly to the place but this was a dine in and nothing matched up. Food, ambiance and service was not it.
Ordered from Uber Eats many times, and this is my first time writing a review. There is no other Vietnamese restaurants on the app so this is my only choice when I'm craving Pho.I honestly didn't want to write this, but I can't stand it anymore. The portion for the meat is getting more and more ridiculous. I got the Pho Special and it had half a beef ball, not even giving you the courtesy of a full one. Despite of the meat portion, the soup is bland compared to authentic Vietnamese restaurants I have been to in Ontario. If anyone reading this and looking for authentic Pho then this not the place for you. This is catered toward folks living in Oshawa that haven't tried authentic Vietnamese food. My wife and I know how to make authentic Pho at home so we know how it is supposed to taste like. Definitely not this.
Love the food and service, I saw a lot of bad reviews but like I don’t think you should order Pho delivered!! And yeah sure, the meat is not the whole plate but I enjoyed the taste…anyways it’s a cute place!

Not only was she disrespectful towards us, but towards her own employee.Anyways, the pho is mediocre and broth is not rich in flavor at all. I’m not sure where all the reviews saying the broth is good are coming from. Maybe I got a bad batch. Each bowl only has a few pieces of meat compared to other pho restaurants. Overall I would not come here again.
Got the beef and seafood pho which was fantastic. Friendly service and great atmosphere. We will return regularlyParking: Easy to turn into and lots of lots of space
