While there is no Gluten free menu Steve does have a dedicated fryer and does everything he can do to make gluten free possible. The menu changes regularly so just tell them you are gluten intolerant and they will accommodate. I had for starters Beet Dip where they fried corn tortillas to replace the toast that usually comes with it and Shishito peppers with one of the sauces taken out as I was told that it contains soy sauce. I had no idea that Soy Sauce was problematic so not only did they accommodate, Shannon our server (and awesome bartender) taught me something new. She knows a lot about gluten free and helped with menu choices. For a main I had the Vegan Paella with smoked tofu. It was so good. I highly recommend eating whether you have Celiac like me, or just want somewhere great to eat Also the Sous Chef Tamara has written a Gluten Free cookbook. I purchased a copy and have been enjoying many of the great recipes she has created.

Servers were not educated on celiac and cross contamination. Two of them encouraged ordering cross contaminated food because it would be 90% gluten free. The servers advised there is a separate fryer but it becomes cross contaminated due to the gluten fryer directly beside. One server advised every restaurant will cross contaminated food with gluten.

The staff is friendly, the food pairings are amazing, and the bar selections are the best in town. The pricing is very reasonable for the high quality of dining. I was delighted to hear that they are working on expanding their menu. I will definitely be returning many more times! I highly recommend this restaurant.

The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, the flavors were incredible, and the menu options were top-notch.
