Subway - Trenton Canada

Visited this location off and on over a few years and always had issues with flies, but I can’t believe the level of bugs now, way over an acceptable amount of fruit flies EVERYWHERE, on the food , on the glass on the front door, flying into your face while waiting for the sandwhich, couldn’t escape them…. In the end just threw it out as they were in the sub even after getting home….no clue how still allowed to serve…

Good customer service, clean environment food quality at subway has improved a lot.

There’s a girl that works here that we see everytime we come in, i don’t know her name (she always is joking with us to get crispy onions, she’ll know who she is if she reads this and she is the sweetest girl, we came in 10 minutes before they closed tonight, and we felt terrible but we didn’t have another option, and she waved it away and was joking and laughing with us the whole time. we love seeing her everytime we come in:

This location I’ve often been pleased with but tonight we had Racquel serve us and she impressed me from the moment we opened the door. She gave a friendly greeting welcoming us in. She helped us navigate the new menu and customize our subs. Even have suggestions on the app at the end. I would return for her service alone. But we did also really enjoy the new menu as well!
