The food is excellent quality and made with local ingredients, the service is remarkable and the price lives up to expectations.
A pleasant discovery, an elegant venue with top-notch dishes. Mushroom-based dinner, with refined dishes from appetizers to dessert, featuring balanced flavors. Extremely kind and professional staff. It's nice to still find places where you not only eat well, but also feel at home.
A good restaurant/hotel for ceremonies, but I'd almost say it's unsuitable for the town it's in. Refined food, charming location.
We tried the King Porcini menu. Some dishes were delicious, but the King Porcini wasn 't exactly a king... Given the price and quantity, the porcini was a walk-on... The Fassone steak didn 't even have porcini mushrooms, but other pickled mushrooms... The soup had slipped away a bit... The fried porcini mushrooms were excellent, well-fried and tasty. I would have called it the Porcini King 's greeting instead... I was a little disappointed; I had very high expectations given the wait time...
