We had a dozen oysters (natural) and bruschetta to start our meal, and then we each enjoyed a calamari and couscous salad. The dishes were well presented and the food was DELICIOUS!The staff is very friendly and competent. Special shout outs to David the chef and Lachlan who served us.This was our first visit to Ritz on Hotham and we intend to eat here on a regular basis!

I could see that your chefs lack the hussle and bussle of a Gordan Ramsey kitchen. The food was lovely but maybe give your chefs a caffeinated beverage on start and breaks. On a side note as far as restaurant seating goes has to be some of the conmfiest going around thoroughly enjoyed them with my ridiculously long wait for my food
