I had the vegetarian breakfast which was a great fusion of flavours. My mother was very pleased with her poached eggs and bacon which were cooked to perfection.A great space with very comfortable chairs which my mother appreciated.Good value and helpful staff - thanks!

T... read more I didn't have high expectations when I wandered in for an early dinner after work with a friend. Iimis has been around for years and can be a bit up and down. They were definitely up this night. I had the open souvlaki and loved every bite. My friend's pasta was delicious as well. We both loved our meals so much we couldn't wait to go back. That we did last night! As much as I wanted that souvlaki again I wanted to know if they could back it up with a different dish. They more than backed it up. I had the chicken curry which was so full of flavour and had the perfect amount of spice. The accomanying rice and flat bread were phenomenal and just took it to the next level. I've been thinking about that curry all day today and my husband's sick of me talking about it. I should also mention the caramel macadamia cheesecake I took home for later was amazing too. Staff were friendly & attentive. The chairs are super comfy and the overall ambience is nice. Wine list could use a bit more choice.With so many restaurant choices in Traralgon people tend to gravitate towards the newest 'flavour of the month' venue. If you overlook Iimis it's your loss.
