Tasty Bite - Tralee

I ordered food from a restaurant on Just Eat, with an estimated delivery time of 20:20. However, by 21:00, I was advised by Just Eat to contact the restaurant directly. When I called, I was informed that there would be a 10-hour wait due to a busy night. I was instructed to contact Just Eat if there was an issue. Unfortunately, when my food finally arrived, it was cold and inedible. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and I would caution others to stay away.

I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The food consistently makes me sick and the staff are very rude. I will never dine here again.

My family and I had a poor experience at this restaurant. Despite ordering two chicken tikka kebabs, I only received one and it wasn't exactly what I had ordered.

Got takeaway from here, kebab was really good until I feel something hard and slippery in my mouth, I spat the food out to find a piece of plastic foil. I was disgusted, how did that even get in there I wonder? Won’t be ordering from here again.

We ordered food from this restaurant to nite, an item we ordered did not arrive. When we rang the restaurant back the manager was very rude and blamed the driver which was not the drivers fault and the manger argued with us instead of trying to rectify the problem. Very poor customer service. Will not be ordering again.!!
