Used to be a real go to place for us but not any more! Ordered soup to start with and left it there at that. Was not great and looking around at others customers food over cooked chips, soggy toasted sandwiches). Went else where for second course. Real shame, as used to be so good but had certainly lost it's way
We had a birthday meal for our family of 7 people which was good. On leaving I asked for a cone with chocolate sauce on it and was told no we don 't put sauce on cones as it ends up on the floor . I am a 58 year old lady and firstly, would not have allowed the sauce to drip and also I would have been consuming the cone out doors. This put a damper on my evening. Not customer friendly at all in my opinion. Usually the service is good, however on this occasion, being treated like a child and refused chocolate sauce incase 'I dropped it ' was disgraceful .
This is one of our favourite spots to visit for food and drink. Super friendly staff and good freshly cooked food at affordable prices. Always a good atmosphere there and very family friendly.
Stopped here to get a bite to eat as I was staying up the road. The place is very nice and the view is pretty good as well. The service was great and the place seemed clean. I had the pizza and it was really good and pretty good size. I would definitely go bacon.
Ordered a classic Spillane’s burger with the works.. Mar’s burger sauce, bacon, cheese.. SO delicious! 10/10
