Lana - Tralee
Lana
Description
LANA offers a vibrant selection of vegan dishes that cater to diverse palates. Diners rave about the vegan Chow Mein, praised for its bold flavors and right amount of spice, while the Singapore noodles also receive positive acclaim for their taste and heartiness. However, experiences can vary, with some finding dishes like the vegan Pad Thai to be bland and unremarkable. The restaurant's commitment to offering more than just standard vegan fare, alongside its friendly service, makes it a popular choice. Outdoor seating in warmer months adds to the charm, even though it has been removed for the time being.

Veganuary update (September 2022): I've returned several times over the past year. Sometimes the food is really flavorful, while at other times it's quite bland and disappointing. I wonder if this inconsistency is due to changes in the kitchen staff? During my last two visits, I ordered the vegan chow mein, and it was amazing—very delicious. I enjoyed sitting outside during the summer, but it seems that seating has been removed now. I've updated my previous rating as of October 2, 2022.
After a day in Tralee, I stopped by this restaurant and really enjoyed the vegan chow mein. It had the perfect balance of seasoning from the chili along with bold flavors. Lana has created some beautiful paintings with her friends and family, and I have to say, that was the most delicious dish I had during my visit.
We had a vegan padthai and fried noodles. both were very tasty, but both dishes were packed to fill them in the dishes my limette and were taken separately in plastic.
I received my food quickly and decided to try the dish of the month, which was Pad Thai with Tofu.
