Natalia, whom I learned... read more I visited Jam Cafe in Ballyseedy Raheen on Saturday, October 1st. First, no one asked for digital certificate proof or a contact number. Natalia, whom I learned the name of from another staff member, took my breakfast order while I was seated with my friend. After about 20 minutes, there was still no sign of my breakfast or even my coffee. When I asked another staff member, I was told, "Oh sorry." I finally received my breakfast 15 minutes later, but it was only warm because they had just cooked it—they had forgotten my original order. When the waitress brought my food, I asked for cutlery. She went to get it, but meanwhile, Natalia came over, leaning very close to me with her mask pulled well below her nose, and asked what I wanted. I expected an apology for the delay, but when I said I was waiting for cutlery, she pointed to where I could get it myself. She was confrontational and offered no apology. The waitress then brought my cutlery without issue. After that, Natalia, still leaning too close and speaking cynically, asked if I needed anything else. I told her to step back and pull her mask over her nose. She said abruptly that it kept slipping, and I suggested she tighten it, as mine never slips. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional. She was dressed casually in jeans and a shirt and seemed disorganized, running around like a headless chicken. I will not be returning or recommending this place to any of my friends. I noticed the staff has changed, and Natalia is clearly unsuited for her role, as she displayed an aggressive and confrontational attitude. Other customers seemed shocked by her behavior as well.

We stopped at Jam Cafe for lunch and were warmly greeted by a young woman named Aoife. The food was fantastic and incredibly fresh. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to return soon.

However, wh... read more I arrived at Jam Cafe with my family and was given a menu to order lunch. I took the menu back to the table for everyone to decide what they wanted. However, when I returned to the counter less than five minutes later, I was told that the kitchen was closed, even though it was advertised to be open until later. This was extremely disappointing.

The menu boasts a... read more We visited the Garden Centre for the first time today and had an excellent experience. The staff, especially Isaac, were incredibly welcoming. The menu boasts a great variety of high-quality dishes at affordable prices, all beautifully presented. We enjoyed a tasty large hot chicken wrap with chips, along with two of the best coffees we've had in quite a while, all for just €22. I highly recommend this spot!
