He was always very informative replying to emails and when I came to the Imperial Hotel to look at the three possible dining areas, he was very friendly and attentive. The hotel gave us a good rate for food options for day 2 of our wedding and even had gorgeous, personalised menus printed when we arrived. We opted to sit in the cellar as it was very private and cosy. The food was delicious, and the service was perfect. The Imperial have lovely waiting staff. All in all, it was a perfect location and quality dining experience. We highly recommend the Imperial for gatherings, parties or events, as Derek and his team are brilliant at what they do and they make sure everything goes perfectly.
