After a long day of work my buddy and I decided to inside and eat at this subway only to find it with a long line and what we thought was going to be a long wait. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. The two young outstanding employees on shift were THE quickest and most polite and nothing sort of professional. Worse subway I have been to, on the weekends it’s terrible service, no pizza ready, feels like they think it’s a problem for you to be there. Not attentive. No customer service it isn’t great. View all feedback.
Placed an app order for pickup at this location for 2 sandwiches. On one of the sandwiches, I added avocado (for an up charge of $2.20) and after getting back home with my order realized that there was no avocado. I wasn't wanting to drive back to Subway to correct it, so I just submitted an email via Subway's website to the owner of this location stating the problem with my order and that I would like the $2.20 up charge refunded. I didn't ask for the sandwich to be comped, just the $2.20. I understand that mistakes happen, so it's not a huge deal. For me, it's the principle. If you're going to charge me extra for something, I should be receiving it. The owner emailed me and told me he spoke to his team about order accuracy and he hoped my experience would be better next time. That's all. I replied asking if he would refund my $2.20 and he ghosted me. Oh well, there is a better sandwich shop closer to my house that I'd rather give my business to.
They suppose to have store open til midnight durning weekdays but their employee close store at 10pm when I went on Friday. If your employee don’t want to work till store closing time maybe adjust store timing so people don’t waste their time coming. Also they’re super cheap they put veggie one by one which is stupid because we’re paying for the damn food.

I've never experienced such fast and effective customer service like this....To top it all off... the sandwich was AMAZING. 10 STARS. Will definitely be eating more subway on my travel home from work and make sure it's this location specifically.
No problem with the food at all should be easy with their standard practice. Customer service could use a bit of work. Attitudes are a bit rigid and communication is short.
