Panera Bread - Tracy

I ordered here by grubhub and the driver brought me someone else order and grubhub refused to grant a refund although they were due. I called panera and explained the situation and the manager (david, I think) was so friendly and offered me to remake my meal for me, although he did not have to and it was not her fault. excellent customer service and delicious food. I will order here definitiw (but not by grubhub)

Out of everything; takes the fun out of going. Quality has changed, taste plus they are skimpy with their food. It’s a wonder they leave the sugar out!

The experience was confusing. When inquired about the new chicken sandwich, the employee was not very clear in their explanation. The bagels are always delicious, but the chicken soup could use more noodles, especially for the price they charge for a cup.

I love the Panera subscription for my coffee, but people always get my simple coffee order wrong lol just an icey coffee with 5 half and half on the side, and they always put it in the coffee. this place, the Antioch site and the Pittsburg site must hire people who read their orders before they make them.

A happy place! all workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Eat was great! I had a steak and white cheddar sandwich and mac n cheese. both were lovely. I took an orange and cranberry muffin home?
