I went to dinner with a friend and ordered the basic course called Silk Road. It is a so-called new Chinese cuisine that utilizes the goodness of Hokkaido ingredients. The sauces that enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients were excellent. The plating was also in a French style, and it was visually appealing. While I thought the Chinese food at the foreign-owned hotel in Nihonbashi was delicious, this place is definitely my choice if I am paying out of my own pocket.
