Very knowledgeable about food and environment. Even vegans, vegetarians, and people with allergies can eat with confidence. The whole menu is delicious. Really delicious, not a lie. We tried all of the menu over three separate nights and loved it all! We became acquainted with the staff and were treated to live music and the most wonderful service!
