It's late at night, and my wife and I had a craving for a steak and cheese. We decided to try Stoko's for the first time. We were impressed by how clean the place was. It has a surprisingly spacious layout with plenty of seating available. The food was good and reasonably priced as well. We'll definitely be back!

Not very friendly! It doesn't take much to show appreciation to customers who come in to spend their money. Think twice before refusing a request. I accidentally ordered two pizzas online and wanted to swap one for some wings for my two little girls. They told me I couldn't do that and would have to throw the pizza away instead.

I ordered from them frequently, to the point where they recognized my order when I called. Three weeks ago, I placed my usual order over the phone and paid, knowing Fridays can get busy. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes with no updates, I called the restaurant, and they assured me my food was on the way. Ten minutes later, I received a call saying the delivery driver was outside. I stood on my porch waiting, but no car showed up. When I called the driver to check on the location, he said he was outside, but I couldn’t see him. After I texted my address and zip code, I finally received my food—ice cold. With hungry kids, I had no choice but to warm it up and serve it. I tried to overlook that incident, attributing it to a new driver. But just five nights ago, I ordered my favorite teriyaki wings, which I usually love. This time, out of the 12 wings, 7 were spoiled. The smell hit me as soon as I opened the box, and cutting into them confirmed they were rotten. It was evident that these wings were bad even before they were cooked, but they tried to mask the smell with cooking. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered online and paid at 10:45, received a confirmation email that my order was received and would be delivered. By 11:30, I got a notification that my order was marked for delivery. By midnight, I was still waiting without any sign of my food and couldn’t get through to the store. My boyfriend went to the restaurant and knocked on the door to find out what was happening, as our account had already been charged, but we still had no food. He was told that no one had confirmed or marked the order for delivery and that because it was done online, they were not responsible for it. Instead of simply cooking the order, they only issued a refund without even an apology. Sometimes, new ownership or management isn't beneficial for a business.

The owner is really great—very kind and always ready to assist customers. The food is consistently good, especially the chicken, which is cooked to perfection. However, the cashiers could work on being friendlier. I've also noticed that fries are frequently forgotten in orders, which is disappointing. Overall, though, it's a decent place.

I don't understand how this restaurant stays in business. The cheese steak sub I had was incredibly dry. I requested extra mayo, but there was hardly any. The cheese was placed on the bread instead of being melted, and the meat was the driest I've ever tasted. It makes no difference whether you place your order over the phone or through an app. Please consider hiring a cook who knows how to follow instructions.
