The staff had difficulty understanding English. Even after repeating my order three times, it was still incorrect. Additionally, one employee attempted to overcharge me, but I made it clear that I wasn't going to be taken advantage of.
My drink was terrible, and to top it off, my food was missing from my order, which I paid for. When I went back to inform the staff, the employee told me she couldn’t get in touch with her manager because they wouldn’t answer. So, what happens in an emergency? Just avoid this location. I will continue to drive to the one near Stevenson University, where I’ve never had any issues with my orders.
I need the app to allow more options like, why can u not add foam to ANY DRINK?! I use it as my sweetener. I think the app needs to rigid in selections. My neighborhood DD, 1109 Block of Reisterstown Road is AMAZING! THE morning dude is what u need to get the day moving!
Hi there!So I am one of many who work at the nearby Licensing Division, and I must say that the service here is always top notch:-Fast Service-Correct orders, and offers of fixes if something is wrong(Not that it has been for me)-Friendly Staff-Fast and efficient Drive-Thru Service-Clean Facility-Neat and Tidy DisplaysThis place has it all, and while I can't speak for the whole of the Licensing Division, I can say that this Dunkin keeps me Runnin', so thanks guys!
