While the pasta was tasty, the Eggplant Parmesan was not layers of tender sautéed eggplant and cheese. Our dinners turned out to be meat lasagna with (very few) chunks of eggplant —not what we expected. We were very disappointed. Of course, because of the times, we were unable to “send the order back”.
