Description

Atwater has garnered mixed reviews, reflecting a significant shift in its dining experience since the pandemic. While some patrons still rave about standout dishes like the mushroom melt and unique breakfast offerings, others lament the decline in food quality and portion size, particularly with salads. Price points have sparked concern, with many feeling that the value does not match the cost. Service seems to be inconsistent; although some appreciate the friendly staff, others report difficulty in placing orders due to understaffing. With a charming atmosphere and appealing menu options, Atwater remains a local favorite, albeit with notable reservations.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my dining experience. After returning home and opening the bag, I was shocked to find only a few tasteless pieces of food that I had paid an extra $4.95 for. The salad I ordered for $13.50 was disappointing as well, with minimal ingredients and lacking the variety that I had experienced in the past. The price of $18.45 for a mediocre salad was outrageous. Although I had been a customer for some time, I had previously stopped due to the poor quality of their soups. While the food is decent, the prices are far too high for what is offered. I did not feel that my money was well spent and would not recommend this restaurant for those looking for good value and generous portions. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and would like a refund.

The food here is really good I had the mushroom and cheese on Shibata and the tomato soup in the field of greens salad. Everything was fresh and excellent and tasted great. The catering is very busy. I wanted to place a catering order and they said they were too busy to place it. I was really disappointed but I do understand that everybody is understaffed right now. Other than that the food is great.

Small but powerful. The soups and sandwiches are as good as anywhere, counter service with table side dropoff makes it a nice lunch option with good coffee. A little tight if you want a table. But good food.

For the amount youre paying at this place you would expect high quality high end, but please dont charge me for low end products just because you ran out of the item right when I get to the window of the drive through! I ordered a whole chicken salad sandwich, regular Route 51 chips, and a large ice tea and instead was told at the window after I placed my order they ran out of those chips and charged me the same for UTZ, which is NOT high end (or clean and you can just get at Walmart! Actually I just shouldve told them to take off the chips

The ham, cheese and jam on cheddar biscuit is sooooo good for breakfast. I used to get this when I was in college, and recently ordered Atwaters to my work. It's been awhile but the sandwich is still the same as before. The chai tea latte was good as well. I'll be ordering again
