I ordered my coffee ahead of time—so far ahead that the app even suggested waiting since I was quite far away. However, when I got there, I still had to wait 10 minutes for my drink. There were plenty of staff members around, but they didn't seem to be working efficiently.
The customer service was extremely disappointing. I used my mobile app to place my order and made sure to give the staff ample time to prepare it, but when I arrived, I found the receipts from the app sitting on the counter with no order ready. I've experienced this multiple times lately. On several occasions, I've found the door locked, forcing me to wait in the drive-thru line, even though my order was for walk-in.
This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts around. While waiting at the drive-thru, I overheard employees arguing among themselves. Most of the orders come out wrong, and the staff seem unsure about how to interact with customers. Although many of the employees are young, the root of the problem appears to be poor management and a lack of proper training.
It's just like any of the other 500 locations. The coffee is overpriced and fairly average, while the food is okay but nothing remarkable. You're better off visiting a local coffee shop.
