the food was amazing and the staff was also great. the only reason we gave him a 4 star was only due to be said at the end, we could not pay cash, not with money offered on the card the waitress, for them to pay and. we gave her money, I don't think it is acceptable that this is the waiter's responsibility, we should have been informed at the arrival! but we'll be back as it was fantastic eating. What User doesn't like about Rosa's Spitalfields:
I wish I could rate the food because I've heard that it was supposed to be well above average. Unfortunately I never got a chance to taste it because I waited minutes to have my order taken and then left when it seemed that the waiter was just ignoring us. He was too busy clearing up people's plates and serving other tables to take two minutes to jot down our order. It was the worst service I have ever experienced! S... View all feedback.
I had a lovely day out with my cousin at Tower Hill in London, where we visited a place called Pink Thai Cafe. My review is based on my personal experience at this restaurant. I must say, the entrance and decor were stunning and gave the place a charming vibe. We ordered fried spring rolls, sweetcorn cakes, and fresh summer rolls as appetizers, all of which were delightful. The shrimp rolls with Chilly sauce were very tasty, and the summer rolls had a tangy flavor. I highly recommend trying the Pad Thai and Thai-style rice dishes as they were the highlights of our meal.
The food was tasty and affordable. We ordered flat noodles, yellow curry, and basil chicken. Everything was delicious, although the basil chicken was not what I had expected (different from the typical pad krapow gai). The meal paired well with a cold Chang beer.
When our food arrived, I was cautiously optimistic, but when I began to eat my optimism faded and rated at his place disappointment and regret pink thai cafe: only average.
Apparently I am a bit behind the game as in trendy Shoreditch (well at least too trendy for me) you can be happy slash sad slash angry all at the same time. Well, at least the people around here talk like this. Reminds me of my twitter speak friend. In any case, with such an amalgamation of emotion, quicksilver bouts of rage slash hungry (I thought the word for this was hangry), I began to have doubts about whether I really should be in the area. As I’m not trendy slash cool. I would not like to end up forgotten slash hungry. That might be sad slash depressed.
Very nice and cousy place to eat Thai food where the usual known are available from Pad Thai to several others. Mango with sticky rice was not bad but the coconut cream and crunchy topping was missing. Service was ok.
