The hygiene standards are lacking as the staff were using their hands to serve the food, which is off-putting. Despite these issues, the food is very enjoyable and the portion sizes are generous, all for a reasonable price.

The person I spoke to was helpful,... read more I had some payment issues when ordering online from Noodle King in Ware, so I called the listed phone number for assistance. The person I spoke to was helpful, but it turns out they were at a call center, not actually at Noodle King. Eventually, someone from Noodle King called me back and we were able to make the payment. The delivery driver then called to confirm the address, but ended up arriving an hour later, apologizing for being called back to the shop. He asked for payment even though it had already been made, but he accepted the proof of payment shown on our mobile banking app. Unfortunately, the food was cold when it arrived and we had to reheat it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we do not plan on ordering from Noodle King again.
