Was Ashley V at Mahogany a mag?
This is an enchanting, nostalgic music venue that has been recently renovated. I attended a Swing Patrol dance event here, which was fantastic and included a lesson before the dancing began. The monthly events calendar is diverse, featuring everything from silent movies to cockney sing-alongs of old music hall favorites. I highly suggest visiting this establishment if you want to experience a true London treasure. Ev... View all feedback.

What Jeanette M dislikes about Mahogany:
The Mahogany Bar is part of Wiltons music hall and if you are going to a show it is convenient to eat here first. Check the website to make sure they are serving food the night you are going. You can reserve a table and I'd recommend you do that as when it's busy you will be hunting for a table. They serve snacks on show nights from 5pm and meals from 6pm. As I hadn't eaten there before I asked what size the portions... View all feedback.

As I hadn't eaten there before I asked what size the portions were as I was going to order a main course and a pudding. I was told the dishes were fairly substantial so I ordered just a main course. It was OK but I was still a bit hungry and then I didn't have time to order a pudding and for it to be served before the show. So if you have a healthy appetite I would suggest you need to order more than just the main course. Enjoy!

Tough to get a seat in this small bar that is part of Wiltons music hall. But still worth visiting for the good range of beers and of course the ambiance.

My mum and I went for a drink after work at Mahogany Bar, which is part of Wilton’s Music Hall – the oldest in London, apparently. It’s such a cool and cosy place to hang out, with exposed brickwood, a wooden bar and antique-y style furniture. Drinks are really reasonable and you can get plates of tapas on performance nights. The best thing about our visit was meeting a load of celebs who had assembled in the bar ahead of a charity variety show, Bottom’s Dream, taking place that evening. It was so wonderful to meet famous faces such as Gemma Jones, Ann Firbank and Hugh Fraser, who were chatting away with everyone in the bar – I felt like I had stepped back in time to the days of vintage theatre, it was magical. Mum and I loved our visit and would definitely go back again. And a big well done and thank you to all the cast of Bottom’s Dream, who were so warm and lovely. Big up to London theatre!

A fantastic bar. Lovely feel on the inside- lots of different rooms- and a sneaky cocktail bar upstairs. Sometimes even a table tennis too. Also amazing london lager.

Really lovely Bar at Wiltons and reasonably priced too. Also eco friendly with the cups that can be reused. Nice atmosphere.
