I was shocked when the cashier, Kamran, did not ask me what size meal I wanted and charged me for a large meal without my consent. When I received my order, I found a half full medium fries instead of the large fries I paid for. I was informed that the large fries were only for those who ordered through deliveroo, which was not mentioned to me at all. I called the helpline to complain and was told to go to the store for a refund. However, when I approached the manager, Sajid, he completely denied giving me a refund, despite showing him a picture of the half full box of fries I received. I was told that there was no way this could have happened as the fries must have been inside the bag. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will not be returning to this store until I receive an apology from the cashier and manager. I reluctantly have to give them 1 star to leave this review, as they do not deserve any stars at all. This was the worst experience I have ever had at KFC.
