I called 1 hour la... read more Do not trust this restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for a year, ordering at least once a week. Today, they promised a 1-hour delivery. I called 1 hour later, and every ten minutes after that, receiving a different excuse each time. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, I told them that if my order didn't arrive in 10 minutes, I expected it for free or with a heavy discount. After 1 minute, they called back to say they would not deliver. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I would hate to see how they treat new ones.

No reservation is necessary, and you have the option to sit down and enjoy your meal. The menu offers a variety of options, from chicken to burgers, and they also serve spicy rice. Everything is prepared freshly and cooked to perfection.

Our main came but no drinks or knife and fork. Waited 20min for it to be given.....stil waiting for our starter, came after we finished our main. I once did home delivery from justeat food came within 10minutes! Overall food is really nice!! Love the fully loaded burger.

Had to got down some steep steps to get to seating and once there it wasn 't pleasant. The table was sticky and sitting was hard, we almost left but had to try as it was recommended by friends and family. Ordered some homemade gourmet burgers which were nice and tasty, quite average but they weren 't at all gourmet. Had a mixed grill which was ok. Some of the meat was spiced, like Indian spices which doesn 't go well with America style BBQ meats. The loaded fries were good but could 've had more toppings on it. Overall quite average but the prices reflects this.

I ordered a some takeaway which took ages to make even though I placed the order 20-30 minutes before I got there, had waited another 30 minutes there. Once I got home the cheese in the burger was cooked the plastic wrap on, I was furious. I called to complain, they said that they are sorry and hung up. They didn't even care.

On the first visit we ordered mixed noodles, chops with mash and ribs with fries and chicken steak in mushroom sauce with fries. The service was good and he was happy to help. When the food came it was fresh and very tasty full of flavour. Ribs portion was very big and worth the money. However when we went back the second time ribs tasted weird, noodles lacked so much flavour and was greasy. Was very disappointed. Haven't been back since as it seems like a hit and miss. Places like this should provide same quality of food all the time. There shouldn't be any excuses.
