Since it was Thursday, we took advantage of their steak night special, which included two steak meals and a free bottle of wine. The ambiance of the pub is lovely, set in a picturesque location. Really good, home-cooked food for a great price. Made very welcome as we had not booked a table.
We have eaten in The Plough either on our own or with friends and family on numerous occasions and have not had a bad meal yet. Always friendly and such a pleasant atmosphere. Well done Ed a very well earned 5*
