A breathtaking and unforgettable experience! What can I say other than thank you for this light and surprising cuisine throughout the 8 courses? The dishes flow naturally and offer a consistent and natural variety of flavors. The food and wine pairings are simply remarkable in their originality and taste. All this with a pleasant exchange with the sommelier who knew how to sharpen our nose It is truly an experience to discover and repeat.
