I see my order displayed cor... read more I often find that many of my orders end up being thrown away, and I can’t understand why my simple requests go wrong so frequently. I see my order displayed correctly on the screen at the drive-thru, and you repeat it back to me, yet it still comes out wrong. Today was the last straw for me—I won’t be returning. I ordered a small regular decaf, which was indeed decaf, but it had no sugar or cream. It’s difficult to fix that when you're on the go. You’re lucky I even gave it 1 star.

Tim Hortons needs to treat their employees better and make sure they are happy or it reflects in the quality of their work. Maybe bring back mystery shoppers?
