I chose a piece of local tea bread with butter and it was the best tea bread I have ever had. A selection of cakes, plus a menu of savoury dishes. Delightful little cafe with crisp tablecloths and china.

It was charming, friendly and relaxed with vibrant decor and it seemed to be the hub of the community. On the occasion of our visit there were some interesting items of furniture for sale. Very enjoyable cup of tea and snack.

However, we were disappointed by the lack of greeting from the staff, who were unfriendly and rude to the point of being offensive. We decided to leave and find another place to go.
