They resell returned merchandise! Mind you, covid pandemic isn't even over yet! They sold me the wrong mochi flavor so I went back to exchange it out. But to my surprise, they took the returned mochi from me and RESTOCKED it in the fridge to resell. I shall stay away from this place.

Shipping from them was bad experience. The fastest available is 2 days option for like 34 dollars. And it's 2 business days. And the shop ships it the day after... read more Shipping from them was bad experience. The fastest available is 2 days option for like 34 dollars. And it's 2 business days. And the shop ships it the day after I placed the order. And it wasn't shipping with signature hand off. So the package was lost after delivery because apparently my apartment concierge didn't receive it. So I lost like 100 dollars. I called the shop to inquire about if possible to reorder or maybe possible refund but the caller on the other side of the phone wasn't very good at English so communication was nearly impossible. In the end we just left it at no refund.
