What Rachel Rose doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
Undercooked, pink chicken. Be careful. Couldn’t eat any of my food, this was just some of it.Unfortunately, every time I’ve been to this location something has been wrong with the order, things missing, or incorrect items. Doesn’t matter if I pick it up or get it delivered, there’s always an issue.Only leaving this review in hopes management can make it better somehow. View all feedback. I don’t live in the area but when I go shopping at Del Amo I occasionally visit this location and always have the best experience. The food taste better here and the customer service is great! View all feedback.
