Undercooked, pink chicken. Be careful. Couldn’t eat any of my food, this was just some of it.Unfortunately, every time I’ve been to this location something has been wrong with the order, things missing, or incorrect items. Doesn’t matter if I pick it up or get it delivered, there’s always an issue.Only leaving this review in hopes management can make it better somehow. View all feedback.
Too bad they don't have any salsa without onions everything has onions they use to have salsa without onions I won't go back just because of that
I try use a coupon for my break I work Cross Street but owners decide no to accept coupons from Robinson Helicopter Company. He want us to pay full price . Coupon don't specify no valid for RHC.....I'll take my business somewhere
We went through the drive-thru. People (on accident) left out part of order. We phoned in and they saw part of order still there, and we went back to pick it up.Even provided/got a beverage.
This was a disappointment, we eat El Pollo Loco occasionally but this was terrible! Food was dry and not fresh at all. It was after 8:00 pm and it was like they were trying to avoid cooking fresh food by selling old stuff. Nothing was good. Don't eat here late!
