What Google user doesn't like about Second Cup Café:
I have come here many times over three years as I frequently have classes in Sidney Smith. The convenience has never justified the quality or price of the product. Many times the staff have been rude, mixing up orders, not vocalizing when orders have been completed and mixing up people’s drinks. I asked for a medium coffee in a large so I could have enough room for milk, and they told me they'd charge me for a large.

This location is terrible. Firstly, the employees there work slower than snails, even when they see that there's a big lineup. Secondly, it's very disorganized...
