We arrived at Ricarda's around 11:30 a.m. for a Pre-Theatre Brunch and we were very pleased with our experience. We ordered 2 Eggs Benedict dishes called Bennys Corner and Quiche Lamb Confit. Our server, Jacques, was excellent and helped us with our order. We finished our meal in time to make it to the Royal Alex Theatre for the show Come From Away. One of the highlights of our meal was the delicious Cappuccino Latte... View all feedback.
What Justice Wunsch doesn't like about Ricarda's:
Eclectic Mediterranean restaurant with not much atmosphere and adequate service. The beet salad was fresh enough but nothing stands out. The fish was lukewarm and not much taste. The chocolate dessert was the best out of the whole meal. The location is convenient but not...worth saving a specific meal for. View all feedback.
Beautiful high-time hall with many seats eating is delicious and tasty they do not have a parking space. the personal is nice
Very disappointed in the service! visited the Sunday brunch today with high hopes. once sitting it took a long time before the server recognized us and took our drink order. we ordered 2 coffees and a ginger-ale and went to get our food....We sat on a table right under the sun. it was so hot and unpleasant with the sun that was shot in our eyes; we couldn't even turn around. I sweated so much and really didn't enjoy myself. I asked the server if we could sit somewhere else; she answered no and mentioned that customers were at a nearby table also in the sun and went through the same. How does this help my situation? Given the ugly price of almost $60 per person, I think that accommodations could have been made. we came back with our food and our drinks weren't there yet. a lot of time passed. Finally, I moved to the server regarding our drinks and she said, let me double check that she returned and said they were brought to the wrong table. if she had checked us at least once during our meal, she would have known. She didn't even check if we wanted to fill in until I asked for one. overall we felt that we were ignored. I have received much better service in restaurants a third of the price. won 't recommend ricarda 's.
Friendly staff, good eating, faster service lambskin and flatbread could use a bit more lamb almond oper cake was divine!
My daughter and I went to breakfast. this place is a class act. I usually have a big problem to order rührei and they usually don't come so I like it. but this restaurant did it differently than any other place and first I was hesitant. but after tasting they were wonderful. they came in a round form when they cooked them in a ring. but they were scattered.well and made perfect. our breakfast was perfect. they even gave us prosecco free to celebrate their birthday!
We visited Ricarda's with family before a musical performance we had tickets to, and it was the best choice we could have made. The atmosphere and interior design is beautiful and the service was excellent! We tried a selection of their freshly baked goodies, shakshuka,...couscous salad and traditional eggs with bacon.. everything was delicious. The staff was attentive and the order came fairly quickly. I would love to return to Ricardas in the future, for another brunch.
