Of the three ramen bars near me, I prefer Jinya's broth to the other two. It's not "gluey" and not thin. Downside is that aside from the noodles, the rest of your soup will come at something of a price, with parsimonious meat ( which is really common with all ramen houses, come on, a 12-15 buck bowl of soup should have more than one bite of chicken?I've only gotten it to go, I wouldn't wrangle a toddler or small chil... What Gretchen Hayes doesn't like about Jinya Ramen Bar - Toronto:
All three Ramen bowls that we ordered through UberEATS were spilled. One ramen had no soup in it because of the spill. Their Takoyaki was made differently than other places because they had some egg paste base. I don't mind visiting the place again but I would definitely not order through UberEATS again View all feedback.
Some creative appetizers and good, warming ritters. no problem for vegan companions to find food. allow me to work faster.
Plenty of selections and add-ons. I had a happy hour small-plate bun that was fantastic! I was hungry and for $2 added more ramen. Nice and filling. Definitely recommended.
Although the place was hopping, we were seated quickly and got our drinks right away. Nice selection of beers! Good variety of menu options and we had the most tasty appetizers as well as ramen. The servers are quick and attentive. We highly recommend this...place any day of the week for solos, couples or small groups.
Great quality, fabulous quick service and happy upbeat atmosphere. A bit on the upper spectrum of pricing but worth it! Did get a noodle refill for my broth and took it with me, my server Sally packaged it up with utensils and all. Great experience!!
We chose this because my nephew wanted to eat here. We wanted to try new things while we were here. I had the ramen noodles with chicken, It was great. The atmosphere was good and the staff were so friendly.
