What User likes about El Rey Mezcal Bar:
I have been to El Rey 3 times in the past few months, and my first visit was an-after- dinner visit, so I only got the chance to dive into their Mezcal menu, which on its own is worthy of a visit to this establishment. Enjoyed a star studded dinner and top notch service at Grey Gardens last night and wanted to top things off with a shot of tequila. So we headed down the street and around the corner to El Ray. Seemed promising - not a large tequila selection but it is a mescal bar after all. In any event, the snooty bartender put a real damper on things. He needs to dial back on the attitude.
