What Deeenzz likes about Bamiyan Kabob:
This used to be Sultan Kabob, though the menu hasn't changed. I ordered the grilled salmon dinner and it was pretty good. The portion size was more than enough like other Afghan restaurants. Don't go for their wraps, though. My friend ordered it and it fell apart. Like what's the point of a wrap if it doesn't wrap its contents? View all feedback. What TorontoMusicman doesn't like about Bamiyan Kabob:
A bright place with quite few tables. The chicken tandoori dinner was not great. The chicken is very dry while the salad is very heavy on the onions. The rice is bland. the bread was warm and quite good. They do not accept credit cards: only cash or debit. View all feedback.

read moreBamiyan Kabob is a popular Afghan restaurant in the GTA offering fresh, generously portioned dishes at affordable prices. While the tandoori chicken may be dry, the overall quality of the food is good. The chicken breast dinner is a standout, with the option to upgrade the rice for added flavor. The restaurant provides excellent fast service and closes late, accommodating those out past dinner time. Bamiyan offers delicious kabobs, particularly the steak ones, with tender meat cooked to perfection. Located near York University, this clean and simple spot is perfect for a tasty, filling meal.
