What Elinore Fritsch doesn't like about Alexandro's Take-out:
Ordered Greek fries, greek salad and chicken souvlaki for lunch. The greek fries were nice sprinkled with feta. The greek salad was below average and bland. There was no dressing. The tsatziki was average - they don't make it themselves. Alexandro's buys the sauce in bulk. Was disappointed. View all feedback. What Tarekhalil likes about Alexandro's Take-out:
Alexandros the Great is a restaurant with staff who may not be the friendliest, but their pork Suvlaki is the most delicious I have ever tasted. Even though I used to live in Canada, every time I go back I make sure to have at least 2 of those a night. Just a note, I am not Greek so I am not biased in my opinion. - Tarek View all feedback.

Chicken or pork gyros made the traditional way on a rotisserie. Always busy late nights with people looking for fast, good, moderately priced eats.

read moreAlexandros offers a mixed experience when it comes to their Greek cuisine. While some found the gyro to be nice and tasty, others were left disappointed with the lack of flavor and quality of the food. The Greek fries topped with feta cheese received high praise, and the restaurant is known for being a great late-night spot. With a casual atmosphere and reasonable prices, Alexandros provides a decent option for a quick, simple meal in the heart of Greektown. However, inconsistencies in food quality and missing items in orders were noted, so diners should proceed with caution when choosing dishes from the menu.
