Watching the meat and carbs sizzle creates anticipation and makes your mouth water. During my visit, we tried the lunch specials which included a starter, a main, and a choice of soup or drink. We chose the clam soup and the beef udon with curry, as well as the Tom yum chicken over rice. Both dishes were excellent, with the udon surprisingly 'al dente' despite being cooked on the sizzling plate. The rice was warm and satisfying, and both sauces were unique and delicious. The meats were tender and juicy from cooking on the sizzling plate. I will definitely return to Aka Teppan without hesitation. The food was fantastic, and the overall dining experience was refreshing.
