We went for dinner on a Friday evening. The place is spacious, with plenty of seating, but the decor is a bit bland. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses (the lard was very good, but the other cured meats were bland) and the bourguignon (tender and plentiful, with a variety of salted meats to accompany it). The bill wasn't exactly cheap (about €50 per person with wine).
I dined there in August. The restaurant is centrally located, spacious, with well-spaced tables, and very clean, although somewhat impersonal due to the decor. The service was very professional, courteous, and thorough—all positive. The food was truly excellent! Everything was cooked to perfection, using top-quality ingredients. The prices were also nothing to complain about: for Saint Vincent, in August, and in the center of town, they're more than fair.
My wife and I went for dinner. We shared a truly delicious rib-eye steak, incredibly tender and served on a hot stone where the meat was already cut into pieces. You can choose how cooked you want it. The side dishes were also delicious, and the chef even offered us a small toma cheese to grill. Given the courtesy of the staff, I highly recommend the restaurant. Congratulations!
