We were a few times when we stayed in burgund. the menu we had today were 37 euro, and this included a funny bouuchée from delicately spiced radishes that was delicious. both had carpaccio of very fresh scallops, followed by turbot and calves...liver between a delicious mouth refresher of marc de bourgogne granita. desserts were delicious
