Taco Tico - Topeka

I wish the lobby had been open, but this was my first time trying this restaurant since we don't have one in Kansas City. I really enjoyed it! It's exactly what you hope for: fast food Mexican that tastes fantastic!

I'm hooked on this restaurant! My only issue is when the older, short woman with glasses and dyed hair is on shift. I, along with her unfortunate staff, have to deal with her terrible attitude. She behaves as if everyone and everything is beneath her, and she visibly becomes upset or irritated when I request items that usually come with my order, like napkins, plastic utensils, and sauces. Additionally, when she's around, I consistently receive very small portions, which are often stale and cold as if they’ve been sitting out for a while. There have also been some concerning incidents in the parking lot when she arrives or leaves, but I don’t want to embarrass her publicly. Otherwise, I really love this place!

This restaurant is amazing, and I sincerely hope it never closes. It would be fantastic to see them grow and expand!

They have been consistent very so many years. The special they have on Wednesday is a super great deal. Check it out!!

Great local Mexican fast food. The refried beans are vegetarian and don't contain disgusting lard. Minus 1 star for the unbearable Christan music that's always being played in there
