They are currently going thru alot of construction to the inside of the store. It's always clean and the workers are always so kind and helpful. The meat is always fresh and the bakery items are always very good. I always go at night after the restaurants inside are closed so they have tons of take out items from all of them. From Chinese to pizza to meatloaf to lasagna I haven't found a bad meal yet!
This store is being remodeled, even so it is a great place to shop at if you want a large variety of groceries to choose from. Stick to the house brands and the specials, those are the best values. It can be tough to get in and out of the parking lot on a busy day, , especially if you use the 29th street entrance.
Always like when I go to HyVee. They're friendly, store is always clean, and their meat is really good for the price you pay. Today, I noticed they are changing things around (haven't been in awhile), the work area was blocked off and clean. Very impressed any time I shop here.
We absolutely love Hy-Vee! The customer service is always polite, and the staff are incredibly helpful with their suggestions. The fresh produce is excellent, and we’re really enjoying the Aisles Online service, which has been a lifesaver for me as a new mom! We make it a point to shop here regularly. The Hy-Chi is a fantastic treat for us, and the health food section offers a wide variety of great ingredients. We appreciate that there are always fresh and exciting produce items available, especially exotic ones to try!
Katherine in the cheese/deli area was amazing. She took the time to discuss what my needs and family tastes were, recommended 2 cheeses that she felt would appeal to all of us and educated me on a new artisan brie. I decided to give it a shot. It is an amazing cheese and was very much enjoyed. Thank you, Ms. Katherine for being spot on! The wafers and apples you recommended were perfect with the cheeses, too!
